2. Return & Refund Eligibility

All products purchased on frankiesbikinisonline.com support a 60-day free return and refund service from the date of order delivery. Products that need to be returned must keep intact original packaging, unused status, complete accessories and brand labels, without man-made damage, dirt, wear or private washing. Returns caused by product quality problems, wrong delivery, and non-conforming goods are all within the valid refund scope.

3. Free Return Service Rules

Our platform provides full free return service for all eligible return orders. Customers who meet the return conditions can apply for return through the official customer service channel, and we will bear all the return logistics costs. No additional return fees or handling fees will be charged to customers during the whole return process.

4. Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive, inspect and confirm the eligibility of the returned goods, we will initiate the formal refund procedure within 1 working day. The whole refund processing cycle is 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time of the refund will be slightly affected by the customer’s payment channel and bank processing efficiency, and will be subject to the actual account arrival record.

5. Partial Refund & Order Adjustment

For orders with multiple products, customers can apply for partial return and partial refund, and the platform will calculate the refund amount according to the actual unit price of the returned goods. For unshipped orders, customers can apply for order cancellation and full refund before shipment, and we will complete the fund return in accordance with the refund cycle rules.

6. Ineligible Refund Situations

The following situations do not support free return and refund: products exceeding the 60-day return cycle; used, damaged or altered products; products with missing original packaging and brand accessories; customized special products; and abnormal orders caused by customers’ private reasons that do not conform to platform rules.
